A while back the dev have to remove Loili content from the game because mc could have sex with an underage girl. This is what the patch is for on the op page. The arrested of the dev has sent some devs hiding to lay low two of blackhearts games have been put on hold because of the arrest.

I will be making a post on the 30th of this month. To let everyone know what is going on. I will say that I will be gutting the game. I'll be removing all loli content and everything that is questionable. I love doing this game, but it's not worth going to jail over. I'll be talking with F95 to see what is necessary to keep the game alive. Until I have a better understanding of what is going on I'll be working on fixing the game and working on a small update. Almost all the work I've done for this update will need to be removed. I'm sorry, but like I said, this game isn't worth going to jail over.

I'm removing the Ice Cream Man stuff from the game. I was going to remove Tamra stuff as well. However, she actually doesn't meet the loli content as she does have breasts, even though they are small and she does have pubic hair. The only question is her size. She is 16 in the storyline which I guess doesn't really matter as she is fictional to start with. There shouldn't be lines to what is considered art. I'm no lawyer, and no one using Daz to create art renders no matter what it depicts should be arrested. These aren't real people, they are pixels generated by a software program used for the purpose of creating art. That's what this and every game or story made is here, "It's ART". Can it be sick? Yes. No victim no crime right? These aren't real people. These are 3D models being posed and then rendered into an image, which again is art. F95 has its rules. They are in place to protect them from being sued. This is because not all countries have the same laws. Larry Flint paved the way in the U.S.A. Porn is art. It's freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and again ART. We can't go back and arrest every artist who painted a naked baby in a scene or cupids or even angels. Then again is there a line not to cross? Well, there may be in some countries. As I said I'm no lawyer. I have given you what I think.
