I think you might need to look for games that are more shota family style (because shota means younger/shorter males) where the boys are sleeping with the mother. unless you specifically need the female to have a penis, then it's a problem in terms of 3D assets. you can find these scenes they are simply not a major point of the plot in most games. if you are willing to downgrade to 2D assets or full blown cartoons then you will probably find lots and lots of what you are looking for. myself I can't help you with this because I avoid 2D and cartoons like the plague.

The theme you want where a bigger futa is in the "receiving" role and the male "giving" is pretty rare, sometimes being reduced to just a minor activity within a grander plot, since one of the major reasons having a futa character to begin with is to see her assume a dominant role with a bigger appendage and making use of it.

You are right that it is a "guy with tits", if we consider trans women to be guys with tits. Not to get philosophical here but I think fucking a trap/futa is less gay then getting fucked in the ass by one but thats just my personal opinion. They both have gay elements for sure haha. I got interested in the futa stuff after looking for more shota/mom stuff and coming across blacksheeps family rules series and saw that there was a sub genre of mom/shota stuff but the mom is a futa/trap. Idk if trap is different then futa, but I consider them to be the same thing. Like I said earlier, captain ameba made some great shota on mom stuff where the mom was a futa, so I figured there was more content like this out there. It is no different to me if the mom has a dick as long as that shota/mom relationship is there and the mom is thick. In my experience, futas are usually drawn to look like super thick versions of women. If I had a choice, I would have it where the mom didn't have a dick, but I find it hard enough to find the mom/shota animations where the mom is super thick as it is. If you had any recommendations that fit those qualifications that would be great.

Edit- I also don't like cartoons. Some 2d animations are alright if the animation is good enough. Like zombies life or town of passion level animations are about as low as I will go.

A while back he said he had some strokes and couldnt work on anything so he shut his patreon down. Then he came back out of nowhere and released the last two videos but then disappeared again. He had some teasers of the next video in the series (I cant remember the name of the series he was making off the top of my head) but he didnt release it before he shut it all down again.

There's just so much confusion when defining the terms within this genre of porn because everyone interchanges the pool of terms to describe any woman with a dick. If you wish for clarification, going by the original definition:
Futa - Japanese for hermaphrodite, so the character would have both a penis and vagina.
Trans - The prefix meaning flipping from sex to another. "Transgender" is mental, "transsexual" is the actual biological operation, and...
Transvestite/Trap - One gender made to look like the opposite aesthetically (more commonly male -> female) through cross-dressing, hairstyling, etc. That person still recognizes themselves as their original sex/gender.
Shemale/Dickgirl - Female body with a dick only; "male with boobs".

"Futa" more often than not gets used as an umbrella term to draw in people interested in women assuming a "giving" role in bed.
