not really, the game currently has some groping scenes with the enemies and the actual NTR content with the villagers is just them shaking their tits for the villagers. Granted the NTR route only just got release so give it some time

I believe it's SUPPOSED to be that stamina restores by not using them in battle for some days, but idk if it's functional. There's a crystal in town square that should replenish the stamina though as a bugfix

Too early yeah, all girls will get corruption events with penetration before they'll add a bad ending.
