it looks like NTR happens no matter what you do, there is no setting to turn it off, the villagers still try to get with the women and the enemies still try to have sex with them. NTR is not avoidable at least with the way the game is currently

If they never actually get the girl I don't think we can say it's NTR like they try but never actually succeed if you chose the none ntr path so yes it's avoidable
