There currently is an option to disable it, however considering the devs current direction of what they are planning you may end up cutting out large chunks of the games content.

But if you want to avoid it, there is currently an option through progression, you'll be prompted with a dialogue choice.

There is an option when you start the game and last time I play there was another pop up right before the first ntr scene start

looks like the beginning is broken, whenever you go left from the main village where you adjust the settings for battle, the game breaks once you step on the path, you cannot progress or see characters anymore

I'm having the same issue, its the only map i have left to check for the quest, and it seems i have to check it, because kyoko wont let me progress the quest

it looks like NTR happens no matter what you do, there is no setting to turn it off, the villagers still try to get with the women and the enemies still try to have sex with them. NTR is not avoidable at least with the way the game is currently
