There is one in Ecchi Sensei, in the dojo (what's her name? R... something?)
I guess there is also Toph in 4 elements trainer, but I haven't played the game.

Thanks but the girl in Ecchi Sensei is just a side character who appear 2 times, and I'm not a big fan of 4 elements trainer's design.

Can't think of a game that has a blind MC, but Shale Hill Secrets by Love-Joint is a game that has a mute MC. It is a fairly new game, so there isn't much to it. However, it does have a good start.
