Update:

I'm finally getting my PC back this coming Wednesday hopefully. I say "hopefully" because it needs a signature to be handed over of course, but it's one of my busiest days out of the whole week...figures. I'd say you guys can expect the VR upscaling uploads sometime late this week, to early next week.

I use a modded apk on my phone and then hook it up to my visor, it easily supports up to 120 fps. though for the best quality you still probably want a quest 3 or a pc that supports 6k and 8k video
