Incredible start, i've not often experienced such quality from the first frame to the last. Great work, really eager to see what the next updates will bring upon us. Also really excited and curious about the NTR

Maybe leave calling others ignorant until you can tell the difference between anthropomorphism and realism (or lack thereof). To say nothing about being able to address actual point instead of producing strawmen.
If you want to talk about actual realism in character writing -- having characters act realistically would mean them telling you to get bent the moment you make them offer to join your "romance-oriented harem". Because that's the realistic reaction to such ideas. What you're really asking for is the game to entertain your "porn brain" fantasies in a manner which happens to be the opposite of actual realism.
Of course, the dev is free to accommodate these tropes. Just don't dress up your requests as something they're not, making them confusing rather than helpful.

And I wholeheartedly hope they don't.... in general. NTR wars are some of the funniest and unhinged shit. One of my absolute favorite things on this site. Is when I stumble upon an NTR game or one with some in it, with a lot of pages. I go right up to that search bar, type in NTR, click enter, and enjoy. Ain't never once not been comedy.
