i'm totally over trying to interact with you brother man. at this point, i'm only leaving footnotes for the dev in a way that let's them see if any number of people (who care enough about their game to keep up with the thread) agree.

any conversation with you involves too much backpedaling. like already you're acting ignorant to the fact that realism (in character writing) contributes to immersion, which in turn, contributes to the audience's investment in the story and how deeply you can affect them. as if grown adults haven't shed tears watching movies about ridiculous shit like talking fish, like that's any more realistic than a harem. idk if your ignorance is willful and malicious, or if you really are so void of nuance, but i don't think anything you have to say is gonna be of help to the dev. you show no capacity to create.

Maybe leave calling others ignorant until you can tell the difference between anthropomorphism and realism (or lack thereof). To say nothing about being able to address actual point instead of producing strawmen.

If you want to talk about actual realism in character writing -- having characters act realistically would mean them telling you to get bent the moment you make them offer to join your "romance-oriented harem". Because that's the realistic reaction to such ideas. What you're really asking for is the game to entertain your "porn brain" fantasies in a manner which happens to be the opposite of actual realism.

Of course, the dev is free to accommodate these tropes. Just don't dress up your requests as something they're not, making them confusing rather than helpful.

First off, I truly appreciate all the feedback — the good, the bad, and everything in between.

It’s a surreal feeling coming home and checking the latest games and updates like I always do… but now mines there too.

Apologies for accidentally kicking off the NTR wars — got a little caught up in the excitement this morning and fired off a quick reply.

Hopefully I’m not adding fuel to the fire with this post… though I get that might be inevitable to some extent.

NTR’s not really my thing. My (possibly naïve) take is that it involves your partner sleeping with someone else — with or without your permission, consent, or even awareness — and sometimes you're just stuck watching it unfold, sometimes by choice.

I didn’t include the tag because, at this point in the story, you're a single guy. And by that definition, this just isn’t an NTR game. Furthermore, this will never be that game.

To expand on my earlier comment about not ruling out NTR completely — I’ve seen some good points made about the importance of being clear, especially with a topic like this.
