Personally, Any story or medium that combines vampires & sex annoys me. Vampires are undead creatures. They are essentially well preserved, high mental functioning zombies on a liquid diet. You need blood circulation & a working heartbeat to maintain an erection. So naturally, like any non living thing, When it comes to things like, say, popping a boner, it's like the post office on Sunday. No circulation. Yet in works like this, they still can cause "Plot armor".

I mean hell, I work with Renpy & I don't even knw how to do that. Only thing I can think of is create an alternate script of the game, one with incest, one without, Post the regular game with the non incest script, then release the modified script as the "patch", with the directions of replacing the script.rpy file with it, though that's in Renpy.
