How difficult is it to cook a incest patch for a game that isnt renpy

Personally, Any story or medium that combines vampires & sex annoys me. Vampires are undead creatures. They are essentially well preserved, high mental functioning zombies on a liquid diet. You need blood circulation & a working heartbeat to maintain an erection. So naturally, like any non living thing, When it comes to things like, say, popping a boner, it's like the post office on Sunday. No circulation. Yet in works like this, they still can cause "Plot armor".
& I mean, I get it. "It's fiction man, it's edgy vamp porn for the sooper edgy goth & Twilight fan crowd, suspension of disbelief maaaaannnn". Yeah, sure. But there's a limit. I mean hell, I work with Renpy & I don't even knw how to do that. Only thing I can think of is create an alternate script of the game, one with incest, one without, Post the regular game with the non incest script, then release the modified script as the "patch", with the directions of replacing the script.rpy file with it, though that's in Renpy. I played this a while ago but if I'm not wrong, I think that you should send the sister to distract Lucas and then she will have sex with him, but I should say that if you choose other option intead send her to distract him, the NTR should be avoidable.
