I appreciate a VN that focuses on the narrative and relationship building.

I really wanted to like this one as I can see the dev truly cares and the writing isn't bad.

But there is no narrative flow right now. It feels like we are just moving from dialog dump to dialog dump with no direction with no real hook on why we should keep reading on.

You can fit people's feelings and characterization into events that move the plot forward, you don't have to just exposition dump all the time to set a mood.

. If you are looking at your outline and your story beats can be connected by "and then" then you've failed at making an interesting story. It should always be either - therefore, but, or because. This ensures that the story feel more interconnected and drives interest thus making an interesting story.

Also, I'd try focusing developing more of a unique "voice" for each character. Right now, most of the dialog reads like it's a guy saying everything.

Hope this doesn't come across as harsh. It just seems like the author really cares about creating something good. I'd love to see some improvements because it isn't too often that I see someone so close to "nailing it" and it'd be a shame if such potential was wasted.
