You really have to piss her off. If you have the blonde mad at you too she will uses you as well in the box.
It's a random event. So save every night, before going to bed, when the player get's punished and it isn't what you wanted, load and try again. ;-)
Bildur also changed the code, so that the propability for unseen event increases overtime, so just continue trying.
Sadly the girl with the glasses doesn't shit on you. :-(

Based on the description I was hoping for a "as the chosen one you'll have to satisfy these lustful women with your big dick, as you're the only one who can"-type scenario, not a "every man is shrunken to under 6ft tall and under 3 inch in the penile department, including the mc" scenario.
