Icstor was quite decent before that Milfy City break, he always finishes his games and also feels completed.
I agree that ICSTOR was really quite punctual with updates that were pretty okay in number of scenes and progression of the story but, a lot of the adult game creators on Patreon suffer from the same problem; Not having an actual storyboard or plan and asking patrons to vote for the content/characters they want (always the Milf who will win). You cannot progress a story or put out good updates if you don't know where the game is going.
Can't say I fully agree with what you are saying...Most Dev's have a storyboard and writers working on project a month before next update would come out. The whole thing of voting is for if a choice becomes available in game then which path would subscribers like to see advance more than others or even for change of outfits and then that way it gives dev's supports the feeling that they have also contributed to game.
You would hope that anyone making a game would know direction they are wanting to go before just spitting out content and expecting it to gain popularity and momentum. And supporters
