No idea. I'm not a patron.

Since there is an incest variable in the code, I supposed there should be an incest version... somewhere...

But don't expect too much. This dev is quite lazy: he often forgets to write an alternative version in the script, for the incest.
So if even with my patch, the text doesn't satisfy you, it's because the dev didn't write this alternative version.

And I'm not sure if I'm brave enough to correct all the updates.

i hate sandbox its killing the fun , plus with no animation , u need to be a patron .

You think like me. When I see barriers that prevent me from enjoying a game, I put it aside. I agree that the developer has every right to impose limitations, but I think that incomplete games should not be highlighted. For my happiness there are many games with all the functions released.
