Does anyone know of another game that has these creatures? It's a game where these creatures transform the MC and a friend together into this same creature.

The closest thing I can think of that has monster designs like this are Sentai parodies, but they almost always go overboard and end up looking grotesque.
I remember that u have to lose to the second wave bandit then got taken to the bandit hideout, and the bandit will infect u with the insects and gave you the H costume. Then travel your way back to the town. The key part from here is that u don't help the bandit gather insects and just ignore them.
The rest just follow the clues from the mc's dialogues. Sorry I can't help more, because if I have to explain, it'll take too long because the blowjob monster route is long and complicated. But, again, if u don't help the bandit and just ignore the insects, then u'll stay on the blowjob route. Oh, but you'll have to be infected by the insects though.
Its an easy route.
Lost to Bandits.
Don't help Bandits in stealing and don't select Bandit Chief as your helper in underground dungeon.
Accept blowjob urges and suck a dick. MC will become Blowjob Slave with this.
Attack the bandit in basement.
Complete the Dungeon without having scenes with the Goblin as he has his own ending.
Now play as usual. You will get a chance for fighting final boss or saving some people and become Blowjob Monster.
Even after becoming blowjob monster there are 2 routes, one is monster route where MC become evil, another is MC becoming a pig slave and go to hiding. There are some minor endings here and there.
Two questions. One, is there any possible way someone could translate the pigman route? Even with just an AI translator? I have no idea how to do it myself and would love to know what it's actually about. And two, are there any games out there like this one? Where the protag is slowly turning into one of the base monsters?
There are some with "precure" in title, but honestly most sentai hentai works are CG not games, even the ones presented as games have CG first. But still, there are some really good corruption hero games where heroine gets corrupted into villain, one example will be Star Knightess Aura but its very very slow in corruption, just use female protag and corruption tag with transformation, you will find some of them.
I know it's short but I hope the pigmen part gets translated.

Hello, finally, I got around to finishing the untranslated pigman route. It is buggy and very clearly unfinished. But since unlocking full gallery won't unlock these scenes, you have to play it if you want to see what it has. (I am adding another save with a full gallery bar pigmen, as I thought I could just unlock and get everything without playing the buggy mess, but that was not the case)
If you want to play thru the route yourselves, I can't recommend it. But some advice for the brave ones.
Do not scroll thru dialog, it tends to get stuck if you won't let it finish, meaning you will have to quit and load.
In the pigmen camp there is a curtain in the upper wall, do NOT go there once you progress from camp to the village, the area is routed back to camp. (In RPG maker, you have to set where doors lead. In this case, it leads from camp 1. to the room 2., so simply 1->2 and back 2->1. But in the village map, its the same curtain, meaning you go from village 3. to room 2., 3->2, but then 2->1, back in the past, to a camp map where you aren't supposed to be.)
As to what you should do, save often and try stuff, I won't bother writing the whole process step by step. But if want to play thru it and you are stuck, let me know.
