I presume this secret passage is for advancing to the next level? If yes, then you have to get fucked in a room with 3 dudes (in cheerleader costume) to get a clue (which is a locker box in a big room). And this means it is impossible to do virgin run (0 vaginal experience). At least that's what I infer from playing the Japanese version. I don't know if there are other routes I don't know to advance to the next level.

does anyone have the list to all the vending machines with special drinks ("body part" tactics) that increases the given body part experience by 30? i know where the mouth, breast and anal is but i dont want to find the other body parts... thanks in advance!
So, do the various sexual stats take an incredible amount of experience to level up? I have something like 30 uses of each but I'm still at lvl 1

Go into the baseball club room and accept to fuck them, they'll tell you how to escape.
There's a guy blocking the entrance, need medicine for him. Go into convenient store, need 3000 for the medicine. Grind money (easiest way is just get money from trash, go into house to reset the trash, then return and get money from trash again). Give him medicine to unlock way to the surface.

After playing quite a bit more into the game, yes. The requirement is just EXTREMELY high.
