To me the roadmap sounds very promising. Looking forward to it.

I'd like to comment on two things

So, utilizing that (spare) data, a couple of things jumped out to
  • Most of y'all make your Claire super attractive, Risky and Easy (unsurprising)
  • It seemed nearly everyone went to college (interesting!)

Just my two cents. Thanks again for the great interesting game.

I don't need the definition of "kink" explained to me, I never said it was an obsession. I meant the choice was meaningless in that taking, or not taking, birth control does not seem to affect Claire's stats to the effect of unlocking the breeding kink.
Apologies, I misunderstood your post.

Here are the kinks and their preconditions. These are the _only_ conditions in the current version - any interactions between other actions and kinks appearing or disappearing are due to those actions raising or lower her Risky and Excitable scores.
  • Exhibitionism: Always available.
  • Masochism: Must not be sadist.
  • Sadism: Must not be masochist.
  • Bondage: Always available.
  • Breath Play: Always available.
  • Cheating: Always available.
  • Cum: Always available.
  • Breeding: Needs "Risky" score of 2+ and "Excitable" score of 2+. Yes, I'm aware that it's not easy to tell what those scores are yet. When the dossier is available that will be easier (although not perfect; CassieBare does not want porn-and-spreadsheets for her game) and when I finish writing the guide it'll be easier as well.
  • Older Men: Needs to have selected an older man from the body count selection scene. Dads, fathers of friends, teachers, etc. all qualify.
  • Nympho: Needs a body count pf 11+.
  • Rape play: Needs "Risky' score of 4+

Really excited by the roadmap and also at the professionalism of the team both with the frequent updates and the clarity of communication. Thats pretty rare for games, let alone porn games
Oops I am screwing up then. I need more debauchery to bring the professionalism down...this is a porn game. Kidding. We make the game for everyone's enjoyment so the more communication we provide the more the community can provide to us especially if they can get on our Discord.

Sorry to ask an already answered question (see https://f95zone.to/threads/blue-swallow-v0-4b-public-blue-swallow.158304/post-12032952) again. How do you get our Heroine to be a cheerleader (and is it worth the effort?)?
That guide was made for a previous version of the game. Especially early on in development, older posts may be wrong - I'm working on a proper, kept-up-to-date formal guide, but it's been a busy holiday season and the game changes quickly.

Giving it a quick lookover now, it still requires 6 cheerlading success points to make it, or 5 if you're not blonde and willing to dye your hair. The things that ADD cheerleading success points are:
  • Learning 5+
  • Knowing 2+ dance styles (so having done two different dance training choices while growing up)
  • Performance 3+
  • Having the "pliant limbs" sex trait
  • Being shorter than average (being average is net zero, being tall is a penalty)
  • Having a combined Risky and Confident score of 9+
  • Coordination of 3+
  • Attractiveness 5+
Attractiveness 5+ is a gimme, you can get that at character creation. Shorter than average is also a gimme, you just pick that. Plaint limbs has no prerequisites, so that's a freebie too. Knowing two dance styles restricts your vignette choices somewhat but if you want to be a collegiate cheerleader that's probably an origin path you'll want to take anyway. That gives you 4 points that don't require any gaming of stats, leaving two more (or one if you're not blonde and willing to dye your hair) to pass.

Of those two, the easiest are probably coordination 3+ (since you're already doing dance and focusing on coordination is good there) and Performance. Getting risky + confident of 9+ means you need to be REALLY outgoing and REALLY promiscuous, and while you can pick up a couple of easy points during high school for risky it's not easy to get that high.

I'll go through later when I have enough time to make a proper step by step guide, but that's a decent starting point.

I think pliant libs requires doing either dance or gymnastics as a kid. Which means you need to at least be middle class. I don’t think there’s a way to be from a broken home and the wrong side of the tracks and get college cheer.

You are correct! My apologies.

Pliant Limbs requires cheerleading, dance, or gymnastics to select. Of those three, I think you can do high school cheer team without needing any specific socioeconomic status, and possibly one of the dance vignettes.

That said, broken home could probably get close to the confident+risky>8 threshold - you can get quite a few risky points from early chargen if you really go down the whole messy home life situation, IIRC.

messy home life got me to 9 Risky + confidence. I had to be middle class to get pliant limbs and took dance. Was a redhead, pretty (6) and short but still couldn’t make the squad. I think it’s just a little too hard to make the college cheer squad

maybe if it had back up squad vs main squad like high school cheer. Or maybe there was some kind of a multi path like with finals or the professor to help. My Claire would probably gladly let the team get in her to have them help her get in with the squad.

Greetings.

Are there any other options for developing the dialogue in the Bankog bar when Claire is grabbed by the hand, other than "pull back"?

And also at the ZZYZX club in Manila?

There is! If you have a Suggestible score of 5+ or an Easy score of 4+ you can have a different scene.

Post Holiday’s Rehash

1704942135917.png

Author’s Corner:

I wanted to reach out and let you all know where we're at for 0.5. Clearly further behind than where we'd like to be, but who knew that the holidays (shopping, partying, and junk food overload), illness (damn covid, flu, or all the damn itises) and implementing whole new features and design would take more effort than previous updates?

I've completed 2 of the 5 (there were originally 4) 'mission' lines for this release and moving forward at a pretty good pace (Completing missions at a medium paceeee). Hopefully this week will be full of content-writing. (Keys being jammed people chillz out…)

We're also doing work behind the scenes on a bunch of other UX/UI:

- One-Hand Mode Not for cell-phone holding…GO to town!

- Arousal mechanics We’ll get your engines pumpin… (and Drunk, Drugged, and other afflictions) Afflictions/Affections what's the diff?

And what else is done?

One of the mission lines will let Claire buy new clothes and will implement a wardrobe so she can change/wear what she (you) wants.

The Fertility mechanic is fully implemented, just needs to be tested...and how would we go about doing that, hm? Who wants to make their Claire preggo? Is yo spy Fertile Myrtle?

The Dossier will be full of information on Claire and there's the possibility to discover that info now through play in Act I. Gotta get the 411 to get the 69!

Our first animation. Spoiler: It’s an unbalanced washing machine washing clothes…kidding. It’s putting the D in spied.

A good portion (half? maybe more?) of the HD art for Patrons-only. HD don’t stand for hard dick…thats one outcome, we hope. We all love High Definition.

The coding is complete to allow players to move from Gap Year to College > End OR College > Act I > End; just one step away from a Claire getting through every bit of the Prologue before searching out her mom. Gettin to spyin/slayin ass faster.

And...something I think many of you will be very happy about: I've gone through the full code of the game and lowered the gates on skill/trait requirements almost wholesale through the Prologue. This was done thanks to the saves that you all sent and so I was able to see exactly how strong Claire was at certain parts of the game. This should allow you to play the character you want to play with many fewer blocks. Claire still kicks ass and chews bubble gum, she's just out of bubble gum! Seriously just less min/maxing to get to the tasty treats.

Also, ethnicity is now a player-choice and added to character creation. Our Claire is all spices now babayyy. More playthroughs engaged.

I've also removed a good majority of the <cycle> choices and switched them out for drop-downs. We adjust to your needs. This makes one handed slightly easier.

I hope that whets your appetite and that you know we're working on getting this out as completely and quickly as possible. We really look forward to you enjoying 0.5! We hope its not only your appetite we can “Wet.” Dropped the H see what I did there.

Keep jumping on our Discord and providing feedback and thoughts. We want to blow you…out of the water in 2024.

Good update. A bit disappointing that the release is probably still really far away.

I wonder if this also applies to the prologue or if it's just about the game proper.
