It was an issue with compression. You should not see this in v0.1.1 as I fixed it then.

so probably kissing or groping or something similar. Still would personally cause me to loose interest in the character.
Might be just because it's not the right choice - for her to be a "tenant" it implies that the MC owns the place she lives in as opposed to her being the MC's dwelling owner/manager and regardless of any familial relationship.

Just an idea for the trap/trans stuff but when you add them in maybe they get added in a way they are in the story but are like friends of the Mc or of the girls or both but have their own person or persons they are dating or whatever and never want to have any romance or sexual content with the Mc's girls to prevent the dreaded swinging/sharing tags being added but if you want to add in the gay tag maybe the Mc can go for a trap character or something but as an optional thing.

The game looks good, but I'm just a bit worried as I find it hard to play games where the MC looks like a total dickhead.
