I liked how several of the endings (Like Game and Workaday) had variants depending on who you saved, and how even if you go down every route there's different dialogue (thus the achievements.)

Yup, I put a lot of those achievements in there to encourage players to try those alternate routes and see how their choices could change parts of the story without necessarily changing the ending. For example, Did the Voice happens

3. If by canon you mean equally valid, I think they almost all are, but I agree the Dead and Bad Ends are kind of abrupt. The only ones that canonically don’t happen are
