Male Protagonist = Male Player / Femal Protagonist = Femal Player?
if each Player identify his self with the Protagonist, you would be right..

First - in her room at second floor, you can choose option dress/undress, underwear on/off.(not in game menu, look at wardrobe) Second - green marker at the pond - front/back. I find only this.
