Definitely doesn't work everyday. I think there is maybe 1-2 hours of work at the end of the month at best because he probably procrastinates. It's a shame because the art and scenes are nice. I don't want to criticize him because I always work the bare minimum and collect my full paycheck, but if Bones cared more about his game and he should finish it.

I'm using this time to start creating a game, because only then I can criticize the games created by others. I am also learning how to build cars, houses, and other types of buildings. I am also learning how to make movies, TV series, music and many other things, since, in order to criticize something, I need to have created something equivalent to what I am criticizing.

Good for you but here people complain that someone who earns more than 5000 dollars a month only works on his game 1 or 2 hours a day at most, here nobody criticizes the game, the game itself is good, it is not a masterpiece of porn but it is a 9/10 this thread is practically to complain about how lazy the developer is and how he handles criticism since in his discord they practically censor you in seconds if you criticize the developer

9 of 10 is maybe too high... 7-8 maybe. But in general you are right. It is about the "work ethics" (or better the lack of it) of the developer and not about the game itself. That is something the Bone-Drones tend to misunderstand

I've criticized the developer a few times, and I've been told that I have to create a game to be able to do that.

I know, my point is that people it's really dumb AF, he literally missed 2 "hard" dates till now, how the fuck can you be that dumb to still be supporting someone like that even when he has no excuse for that delay.

Most likely those that gave him too much money to back down for years so they thought if they continue to do so it will be worth it in the end or something like that, kinda like those invested in shady crypto currency. No matter what with morons like that still around Bones can still got money for doing nothing while can act all high and mighty

Its not even the first or second time he missed his dates...every fkn time..and this time its just a rework and a variation for existing scenes..and when it is released it is usually full of bugs..he earns more than a AAA programmer, who works better,faster and with a higher quality..but guess who gets fired and earns no money when he delays his shit this much??..like i said in a post before, Patreon and Subscribstar should deactivate accounts when there is no Update in a fixed time period, that would motivate those milkers to atleast get little things done.

I'd say it is enough to SET A HARD DATE --- KEEP A HARD DATE. Or in other words: make a promise - keep a promise. Very little basic decency.... but gives you a moral highground Obi Wan Kenobi could only dream of ^^

This is the way. Get annoyed by creators who turn into dairy farmers. They take longer and longer with every update and each time they provide less content. Some of the content is broken and requires you to start a new save, but they promise they will 'fix' it in a later update. So you create your own thing and then later you become the dairy farmer.

I've been lurking here for a while now, initially hoping for an update and then just to follow what people say here, since a few people have actually made some pretty interesting observations about a number of topics. It has been both amusing and occasionally educational, in a sense.
Lately, as has been coming up a lot in the past few pages, I've been fascinated with the idea that people cannot criticize something unless they can produce comparable or better results themselves. Naturally that idea by itself is ludicrous, as curilho aptly demonstrated in his post, but I'd like to do a little thought experiment.

Let's say you're a person who actually believes in that idea; that you cannot criticize something unless you have attempted it yourself. In that case, I would like to play a bit of a Uno reverse-card by taking that idea to its logical extreme. You see, according to dictionary definitions (like Oxford or Merriam-Webster) "criticism" can essentially mean two things:
To say something specifically negative about something or someone,
or to evaluate something or someone, good or bad.
Now this may just be me, but I'm actually someone who usually subscribe to the second meaning of "criticism"; criticism can be constructive or destructive, and negative or positive. Any kind of evaluation of a thing or person is, in essence, a criticism.
In other words, taken to its logical extreme, anyone that wants to argue that you cannot criticize something unless you have attempted it yourself, also cannot express a positive opinion about that thing themselves unless they, too, have attempted it. Fair is fair; if you cannot express displeasure or complain, you also cannot express adoration or defend.
