It mostly depends on your preferences, but the "best" ones are Passionate for Martha, Submissive for Vera and Playful for Lucile.
While Permissive has a different scene in the bathtub, it doesn't unlock the Morning Sex with Martha.

As for Vera, if you get Dominant, you won't be able to facefuck her at the stairs or on her bed, although the Bathroom fuck looks hot if she dominates you haha

For Lucile, if you get Playful, you unlock sex with her after tha Tag game and I believe the twerk scene. For Clueless, I think currently there's no extra scene.

If you don't have a copy of it somewhere already, just duplicate another sound file on that folder and rename it as "Clock". If that is the only issue, it should still work somewhat (but playing the copied sound instead of clock ones)

Did DB reveal what contents will be in the next update (0.20 I presume)?

I am guessing at least a dozen 'scene unavailable' and more reworks of old scenes broken up into multiple small patches.

"Placeholder" is not a good description.
It is more like "this is an older version of the scene, but we are working on an updated version to be put here in a future version"

Just press to advance the text and it will proceed to the scene.
And get ready, because this will appear every time you replay this scene and every other being reworked. Every time.
