The old knife is used with the Lucile cosplay scenes, you use it to make her outfits skimpier (to show more skin).

The answer you seek is WELL detailed in the very guide you reference. Read it thoroughly , multiple times if needed while playing the game.

To make sure you understand, the state system means you must maintain 2 different save files as you can only choose 1 path (State) for each character, thus the need for 2 saves to get all scenes.

As I frequently reiterate, this is a game, meant to be played. If you seek a porn fix, there is plenty available on the internet (see also Rule 34)

Martha's States;
Passionate: 1,1,1,1 - Cowgirl
Permissive: 1,2,1,2 - Boob Job
Strict: 2,2,2,2 - No Scene

Lucile's States;
Playful: 1,1,1,1 - Reverse Cowgirl
Clueless: 2,2,2,2 - Blow Job
Reluctant: 1,2 - No Scene

Vera's States;
Submissive: 1,1,1,1 - Blow Job
Dominant; 2,2,2 - Amazon
Repressed; 1,2,1,2 - No Scene

The other 4 are non animated scenes from the halloween event.
To start the halloween event, in the afternoon, go outside to the small cemetary area there will be a pumpkin in the left corner.
Interact with it. Then the evnt starts and you'll have to find the 4 female family memebers.

Please read my guide more thoroughly, it clearly tells you what the numbers mean. If you're not getting the event with Doyle complete more scenes t progress further.

Those are not available in game currently. In the future they may be made available. Doc said this in an earlier post.

Xmas-present, Pretty much all of the game threads follow the same basic layout for the OP of the thread. ALWAYS read the OP, it is a good idea to read the whole first page. Read back from the last page at least 10- 15 pages BEFORE posting a question. In most cases you will find that it is considerably faster than posting a new (to you) question and waiting for an answer.

Look for key words like "Walkthrough", "Guide" and "Change Logs". Reading through the change logs will often give you a vague list of the scenes to be found in that game and can be used like a roadmap to work your way through a game. A Walkthrough will hold your hand (almost) every step up through the version it covers. Guides (this one in particular) take a more question and answer tact and aren't like a recipe, you use the experience you have gained to help fill in the minutiae.
