Go to the OP and read the Change Logs, it lists the scenes.
Down load it give it a try, should you decide to do so, the Extras section has a Walkthrough for the beginning of the game, then a Guide for the remainder of the game, when a new Version comes out the Guide is usually updated within a few days. For a little light reading start at the OP and read the whole thread, all questions pertaining to the game have been asked and answered in this thread.

I think I just encountered a bug, after raising lucilles trust i could now touch or massage her ass at night but the menu doesnt give me a leave option im just stuck in the dialogue loop?

I figured I would leave a comment about one of my favorite games I've touched from this site. Very well done! It's a simple story line that has incredibly fun interactions and I adore it. Keep up the great work and I look forward to the next update!
Is there a picture dump or something with all of the compiled scenes? I extracted the pictures and yeah, sure, it would be a lot of fun to compile EVERY scene into something useful, but is there a way to do this faster? I just want the pictures for "personal use", and it would be nice if it was already done or there was a way to have it compiled or extracted automatically.

Nope, there is no picture dump as all the characters are made up of parts ( like paper dolls ) guess you're going to have to do it the hard way

Hey Guys, just wondering while we wait for a new update, any games you can recommend that are similar to this one?
Maybe there is a way to extract the scenes from the scripts, process the file names and use some kind of layering system to compile and output every image used.... But wow that sounds like so much fun, doesn't it? No, that is how they exist, you would have to play the game and screenshot to get them all assembled as you see them in the game.

The image is real, but not part of the game (currently anyway and may or may not be in the future), IIRC it is something the Good Doctor did on Discord.
