That was the original intent of 0.12 but due to the Patreon debacle (more info on that below the yellow text in the OP) there was a change of plans on what the update will involve.
It was stated a while ago, tho so I'm not really surprised it was expected by some.

Here is the link for 0.12.1 (I named it this way so you can differentiate it from the "Holiday Only" build). This version is the "complete" one, it adds Martha's BJ scene and the rework of Martha's TJ scene... both are tied together in the same event trigger (Basement - Afternoon), and both now have the STATE REPERCUSSIONS... 2 variations each, representing the Passionate and Permissive outcomes... it also has the Strict route, which in this particular case, is a "bad" outcome. You'll see. Be sure to read the CHANGELOGS.txt file in the game folder.

Its was ok for a 2nd part although the Bj they start to undress then when we go to the scene she is dressed, it was good for a new scene taking the part of the little fail and it a was a nice rework on the other scene.

V. 0.12.1 only add 1 new scene and a reworked one. Those 2 scenes were delayed due to the good Doc not being happy with how they turned out and reworked them but to the already long delay of 0.12 as it was, he decided to add 2 more Events and upload it without the Martha scenes as a way to thank the people for their patience and so he could finish the remaining scenes without suffering burnout.
As a sidenote, this version (0.12.1) also includes the events added in the "Holyday Update".

V0.12.1 (the link that was given in the previous page) adds a new animated scene Martha Blowjob (an extra option in the basement "scare" in the afternoon).
Jules and Velvet final act will probably be in the next update.
