Seems to be a bug with the Martha "Blowjob" scene now, the one where she goes to MC's bedroom in the morning and he pretends to be asleep, now she just walks into the room and it freezes so I cant do anything but exit the game.

That's kinda weird. When I played the game for the first time and was mainly fucking around without the guide I managed to trigger the "States" pretty easily (albeit my random playthrough) and for subsequent playthroughs, I kinda did the same things as my 1st one (except you know, took some shortcuts due to knowing what to do from before) and triggered them without issues either so it's kinda weird you are not getting them to trigger.
And all of this has been without using the guide on how to trigger them, they just happened in practically no time. Granted I maxed out everyone by spamming the "Spend the day..." option. Maybe it could be that?

It includes the events, although I'm not sure why the difference in size...
Maybe that's a Dad joke waiting to happen.
For the dog scene, it has to be in the morning when Martha is not in her room doing Yoga, she will be in the basement, talk to her and she will ask you to bring the cat, try to get the cat and he will scratch, then get the dog and the scene will start.

EDIT: Also, this "shit" is not random, most events are set to be trigger in sequence... in progression, is not like you one day wake up in game and suddenly you can fuck you mom... (The only exceptions are Vera jumpscare and Lucile Pantry scare at night.. the repetitive trigger is random, but to unlock the full version you still need to progress in game).
This is a exploration game... not a interactive porn gallery.

For this new scene you have to have made the choice to get the Martha state passionate or permissive, after that just go in the basement and scary her, the option of blowjob or boobjob will appear.
I hope that in the next update we can see scenes of Dolly's Mother and Sister and that the states' choices change the dialogues and create new scenes.

Martha is ALWAYS in the basement during the first half of the afternoon.
However I'd give you a point on the condition stated in the guide since it doesn't say it triggers at afternoon. Probably doesn't have it since it's mean to be a guide on how to progress from SCRATCH (from zero/new game) instead of loading a "full" save cause most things become self-explanatory the more you play it yourself.

Well... if you can't "get" Martha in the basement... in the sense that you "can't" see her. Then you must be confusing the time of day in which the scene plays. Regardless, I'll give ya a quick "walkthrough" of sorts for Martha BJ(and TJ) scene:
-First of all, the scene plays in the first half of the AFTERNOON. You can find Martha in the lower left side of the basement.
-If you never played that scene, try it one (or two) time(s). Each time you scare her (depending on your DEP and her GUILT) You'll get the boobjob.
-Before trying to unlock the BJ, you first need to play the STATE event (This is the event which give each character a "state", in the case of Martha, you ca get one of this three: PASSIONATE; PERMISSIVE; STRICT). If you havent' unlocked any state, then... do it... to trigger this event you first need to: HAD SEX WITH MARTHA IN HER ROOM; GET YOU DEP AND HER GUILT TO MAX (70); GO TO SLEEP; TRY TO CALL DOYLE WITH THE RING; GO TALK TO DOYLE IN THE BASEMENT; GO TO SLEEP. Next day you can find Martha near the fireplace at LATE NIGHT.
-After you gave Martha a state, go to the basement (again, first half of the afternoon) and try to scare her again. If she has either PERMISSIVE or PASSIONATE, an option to ask for a blowjob will prompt. (if you got STRICT, she simply won't do anything with the MC)
-There you choose the one you want to see (you can repeat it and choose another one anytime).
-Fap if you want (this one is optional)
If you are still having problems to play the scene... then, I don't know... try using the guide provided in OP again...
