I have downloaded the .rar file, as well as the VX Ace zip, but I cannot open the game or locate the game.exe file. Any suggestions?

I know it seems like a stupid question but you do know that *.zip and *.rar are compressed archives right? You need to extract them onto your drive with WinRar, 7zip or similar programs.
