Game is good! However fps is kind of an issue and I have a 3070 and play on 1440p.

Setting texture detail to auto and lowering view distance and character spawning can help with fps. Apparently they designed this new version of the game to be more compatible with modern machines but estimated wrong. Hopefully optimisation is high on their priority list.

Cool, a version that won't blue-screen modern computers. I remember playing this on a Windows Vista laptop as a kid but could never get it to run properly without killing my PC from Windows 7 on. Might check this out.

i loved the original one of this game but if this is locked to 30fps and can't use console cheats idk if i'll give it a try. i love all the drugs you can do xd but eh. i feel like GTA and saints row have bigger tiddies than the girls in this game tbh too, if there was true character customization and you can crank that shit to max then it'd be a no brainer. i wonder how moddable this version is...

Wasn't, EVER, a problem for me. Not even on Windows 8.

Well, I mean more people having more access to the technology, and being more open to the idea of a porn game in general tends to saturate the market. However, because of that, there are more creative people around, and those people really do shine. Hell, we'd even gotten a Triple-A like game ala Subverse!

Subverse cant, and wouldn't happen back then because the tech isn't up to snuff yet, and porn games being much more taboo back then than right now. So, no, I don't think porn games devolve; we're just in the middle of a porn game emergence.

I might just have an unpopular opinion, but Subverse is a big let-down to me, sure the "graphics" are nice, but the game itself is not that great, not to mention the way you unlock scenes is just weird.

It's the exact same engine as old Bonetown, which unfortunately, was unable to be heavily modded. At least by the people who cared enough to try.

That said, it'll probably be fun for a playthrough, but the graphics are severely dated by todays standards.

It's a mix of bonetown and bone craft with a lil new shit added in, but mostly seems to just be bonetown

How does that work exactly, I remember the shift + ~ from the original to get into the command line, but that's gone

this is so bullshit, the animation delay makes it impossible when you get jumped, especially on the indian mission you get stun locked and you CANT use any of the drugs for some bullshit reason, so they made it impossible for no fucking reason

Edit: Alright, I beat it but it still gave me a migraine, you can use your skills but not the drugs, so use weed, stand infront of pocecuntas and blow weed at the arabs to make them dizzy then use a weapons hard attack to knock them back hopefully you knock them off the mountain
