gave up on the game after coming back from ...hell? and the story still not making sense... im..confused... is it worth continuing?
The story is very chaotic. Continue with it if you like enormous tits and embracing the chaos!

What kind of sandbox we talking here? The grindy tedious kind or just pick what scene you want next?
I started with my last v0.13 save (where Nikki's scenes were already unlocked), clicked on all available icons and then went directly to the end of the update (after clicking the arrow on the bottom right), without getting any new scenes (in v.0.14). I solve this by reloading an earlier save where MC first met Nikki, and then finished Sybella and Rider contents first before getting to Nikki's scenes (in v0.13).

There's zero grinding and I wouldn't even consider it a sandbox. There's some screens that allow you pick which character to advance next, or even avoid them but that's about it.

Happy Canada Day!
This will be a pretty quiet update - public release has rolled out (see pinned post for links!), and overall things have been pretty good! No major bugs or issues reported so far, so I think I can breathe easy and start focusing on the next steps!
I will do another one-over for the release and there is a strong possibility for 0.14.01 (no timeline yet) to add one or two renders for the h-scenes to add an additional angle. I will see what I can do to add that extra spice, but no definitive timeframe or guarantee it will work for all the scenes (I will know more once I sit down and revisit the scenes!)
As mentioned in the release post, v0.15.00 will be the next big update, which will ultimately wrap up Chapter 3, with what I hope is a super spicy cliff-hanger!
For supporter rewards (pinups and importantly Sneak Peeks!), it was a little busy on the weekend - and still a little drained from the release crunch-time + RL work, but I aim to be back on my normal schedule this upcoming weekend. In the meanwhile, I will have something ready for the 4th of July as well!

I hope you guyz don’t mind me sharing a comment. First of all, I want to say that I really like you, Braindead, and I think this game is absolutely awesome. I’ve been following your weekly updates, and the story you've created is genuinely impressive. Also you are caring which is important. That said, I feel like this recent update focused mostly on graphics. The good news is that the game runs much smoother now, no more lag or freezing, which is great! However, I was a bit disappointed by the limited number of new scenes. I’ve been eagerly waiting for this update and honestly expected a bit more content. Please don’t take this the wrong way. I'm saying this because I genuinely enjoy your work and want to see the game keep getting better and better. I know your next update will be legendary (Please add TONS OF Elizabeth content for me, I love her). Keep it up, you're doing great!

Hey all!
So it's been just over a week since the public release of V0.14.00 (Ms.Rider and Sybella)! Overall it looks like the amount of bugs and glitches are pretty low and there's no immediate fixes needed. On the horizon, V0.14.01 will have some spell checking and grammatical fixes, as well as correcting and adding a little extra to the Ms.Rider / Sybella scenes, based off of fan and supporter feedback.
I generally want to avoid backtracking and adding additional things; however, in this case as the release had just rolled out there is a fairly small window I believe is appropriate to push things through without affecting the development process for V0.15.00 (Cybil, Jessica, and Chapter 3 wrap-up).
To tailor expectations, it won't be a huge amount (several extra renders for each max) as this isn't meant to replace anything but add that extra bit of spice on an already warm and ready to eat dish!
With that, the usual development for the next content release is trucking away and I am doing Storyboarding and sorting out some assets for V0.15.00. I expect to start the rendering process bit by bit this week and leading into the next, and will have some more details on the next weekly report.

Back on the regular weekly report schedule!
Nothing too major to report as from last week's post - storyboarding and preplanning environments for renders and so forth. For 0.14.01, I have plans to have that out by the end of the month, so keep your eyes peeled for that.
As mentioned, it's not a major update - just some minor fixes and additions if downloading again is a hassle until next big update (0.15.00).
For Sneak-Peek supporters, expect goodies and more regular updates this Wednesday onward - I fully intend on getting good content back on the post schedule and discord postings!
