How many sessions do you have to need? i mean .. i already spend 4 weeks (on game) with the sessions, and nothing triggers up ... or i have to play the game from point 0 again? i was using my old save 2 versions ago and i have the blackmail turn off so idk if it had to be with the pych path? ... thanks for any walk or guide

You have to go to the secretaries desk once a day to get an event to drop her obedience like how you had to make breakfast for the maid, the sessions just seem to be a check against the obedience stat and you still need to hit whatever the actual obedience value is before the next event can trigger.

i turned blackmail on at settings, but i never get blackmailed so far isnt it in the game yet? or am i missing something?
and i wish more and faster content comming^^ of course the sub path its more fun reading ^^

This is really tricky to get it and I had to look in the code in order to figure out how to do it... So you have first to meet the girl in the club (It's a blond one I don't remember her name) and then kind of do all the submitting stuff like licking her etc... Then "Only" got to the restaurant with your Wife (The one where you have the event with the waitress), you have to call the Manager and it's only like that you will get this blackmail event
There is also a sub event with the first girl at the club. Refuse to have fun with her the first time and you will see her again next weeks at the club and she will be with her friend (They will have fun together and you could watch the scene)
My suggestion for the restaurant event, Would be to bring this event several times and not just text after having had it once. This could allow us to be sure not to miss this scene, to increase the lesbian side of our wife and why not extend the events with the blonde woman or even the waitress for more humiliation and blackmail over time. (The opposite could be also in order to balance it with dom events)

Can't speculate on that, but it happens to a lot of games that try to deliver both options. Just within the HTML/real porn space, Enchanted is another that quickly moved to being almost exclusively a sub/sissification game, while Become Someone went in the other direction and completely abandoned sub options.
I guess maintaining two different character trajectories quickly becomes overwhelming to small dev teams, and you'll tend to favour whatever content appeals to your supporters: If most patrons are after sub content, it makes sense to prioritize that in development, and vice versa.

Ehm maybe im kinda dumb (beside english isnt my main) so if i follow your guide its go to Psych, start the Session with secretary, drop obedience to 0, at same time head to her office each day to hear something before the session or after one? and what about breakfast for maid? need to talk with her too? ....it just the Hints(for say so) of the Dev on Character info isnt much informative

When you reach certain thresholds of negative obedience for the secretary, and go to meet the secretary at her desk, she will ask if the MC is willing to do another session, and if you say yes, then the next workday, you can call Louise into your office (except in the early morning) to begin a new session.
Is it possible that there is some sort of lock in this game. The sub path with the maid led me to a result, where, in the morning, she leads the MC through the mansion, with him doing all the work for her. There are no other options than to do this work and when the MC is finally done doing all the cleaning, it's already evening. So this means the MC can't go to the office anymore to advance other paths
