Oh yeah, thats why I havent played this game in a while. I kept holding out until it updated.. But yeah without the patch it just feels so off. Their clearly suppose to be your sisters.
Just play without it, the game specifically states that they're not related to you and that you just knew them from childhood before moving away.
How can anyone think that those examples somehow don't look utterly bloody hideous, though? I mean, that stuff is just nightmare fuel! Sure, sloppy kisses can be fun and all, but the disgustingly unnatural distortion of the faces is just... It makes her look like a fucking shaved camel and nothing but! It is just plain ugly.

In the Halloween update way back when with the girls becoming vampires there's a scene with a person who is clearly supposed to be MC's mom, at most Karen is you're aunt but definitely no landlady talk. Just family friends/possible distant family
In early versions of the game, Karen was the MC's aunt. This also seemed better for the story than "landlady" (or "mom" with the inceste patch).
I agree i play games for fantasy. If i wanted real stuff id look at regular porn. keep the stretching going i say. Better yet blow the bitches up in size and make the MC sleep in their stomach fat just so i can enjoy the rage comments lol.
