How bad is it without patch? Is it weird "landlady/roommate" type of stuff? Just asking because I was going to give this game a try, but noticed that patch is outdated and I don't know if I should wait for update (if it ever get one) or just play the game without patch
Oh yeah, thats why I havent played this game in a while. I kept holding out until it updated.. But yeah without the patch it just feels so off. Their clearly suppose to be your sisters.

Just play without it, the game specifically states that they're not related to you and that you just knew them from childhood before moving away.

How can anyone think that those examples somehow don't look utterly bloody hideous, though? I mean, that stuff is just nightmare fuel! Sure, sloppy kisses can be fun and all, but the disgustingly unnatural distortion of the faces is just... It makes her look like a fucking shaved camel and nothing but! It is just plain ugly.

People don't play this game to see some vanilla lovey-dovey normal boring ass sex scenes. The game is designed for every kinks imaginable out there so that anyone can enjoy. The over the top cartoony but still high quality sex scenes are what make this game unique from the rest.

In the Halloween update way back when with the girls becoming vampires there's a scene with a person who is clearly supposed to be MC's mom, at most Karen is you're aunt but definitely no landlady talk. Just family friends/possible distant family

In early versions of the game, Karen was the MC's aunt. This also seemed better for the story than "landlady" (or "mom" with the inceste patch).

I think people are being a bit harsh on the new demo in terms of visuals. I prefer the old faces, but the bodies, physics, and animations look better here. The koikatsu scenes were hot too.
I also don't get the complaints about the weird faces and stretching. These things have always been in the game. The exaggerated hentai style is what sets this game apart from other 3D VNs. There's not quite another 3D VN out there like it when it comes to replicating classic hentai unrealism and depravity.
