Besides, I’m not going to do that either. There are just a few days left to wait. And you yourself said the game is bad and there isn’t much content. So I don’t think it’s a big deal if you have to wait a little longer.

A trip to the lake with Tyler, as previously announced. There’s a hint that next time, it might be fun to come as a group of four. If you wish, you can steer the conversation toward swinger topics. There’s a sex scene, and separately.
Further development with Victor including some rather bold advances from him. There’s also a touch of erotica with Stevens. A fun and spicy beach scene (for the more adventurous Emma).
For fans of Liliana’s route, there’s something really interesting, and Samantha’s branch is also good though personally, it’s not my favorite.

This game doesn't run on M1 mac, also the other downloads I have tried the game ends after about 20 minutes of gameplay with a thank you from the creators.

You’d be better off contacting the developer directly chances are you won’t get much help with bugs here. Honestly, it’s a bit odd to look for tech support in this place.
