There’s another one after that. But it’s possible your in-game day's ended too early.
In that case, you’ll need to replay from an earlier point and start his event sooner to unlock everything.

But seriously... Submit a bug report and send it to the developer. If it’s indeed a bug, the developer will review it and might fix it if it’s technically possible. The devs have mentioned multiple times that due to the need to release updates quickly, they don’t always have time to catch every visual or logical inconsistency.
