The only thing out of that list that is loosely planned would be bisexual stuff between girls in a group sex situation. Anything like that will certainly be avoidable/separate/not exist at all.

More than 1 LI but also not quite harem. If MC ends up with a harem it will be hard earned and definitely not immediate.
