pink button on the bottom right doesnt work

This edit allows the menu to appear when pressing the pink button and also prevents dashing when starting a new game, as in the original Japanese version. (Note that loading a save file of the steam version before this edit was applied will not have dashing prevented.)

Also, I added a magic circle between the inn and the item shop that allows you to change in the game whether dashing is prevented.
