have you tried F5? that toggles quality in this game, I'd expect everything else to also lower in quality if that were the case but it's worth the shot

F5 doesnt really do anything. if you mean F4, it changes the window size but the standing pictures get even worse, although i noticed that half the window is getting cut from under, its like the window gets magnified, if i go full screen, it spills over to my 2nd monitor

Try f11 twice. This will take you into full screen, then out into what should be its native resolution.
The problem you're having is likely resolution related.

I downloaded a clean copy from Mixdrop. It's tedious; you have endure the shitty way Mixdrop showers you with misdirects to sites that cause ticket errors and some that attempt exploits which were caught by my antivirus and shut down. You have to keep closing those pages and finally after 6 to 10 attempts a real link to Mixdrop slips through. It's reprehensible behavior but if your online antivirus is strong you're pretty safe; just don't pursue any of those false links. Mixdrop can suck my dingleberry.

There are currently 4 OVAs. Idk remember if the whole game is adapted in those 4 or if there will be more. I also don't know if links to those sites are allowed but just search for colette hentaihaven. It is pretty straightforward.

Played it around an hours or so and... this is the most Acerola game of all Acerola games that have ever gamed, holy-
