It didn't affect the story, that's for sure. And as far as I know, no scene needed them to be done to be obtained. As for the images... I'm not sure about this. It's possible that completing them correctly would give you some images, but I can't guarantee it.
I've reached the point where I've completed all of the girls' endings, and there are just no more events happening. Is that it? There's no actual ending? Or am I missing something? I've read of a harem ending but have not found it...

If I well remember, all the main ones except Blair and Etna (Rika's one is just an under-the-table tease)
There are also some fj from other characters and side events

it's a bad ending. You have to choose the right option during raven's quest.

How do you trigger this bad ending? and is it when she talks to you about her friends doing sexual things for money?
No. You just need to keep playing until the quest where Raven gets into a mess with a gangster, then you have to choose the "not leaving" option and continue playing until the ending appears automatically.
