Appreciate the intention to make her normal, but where in the world is her face considered normal? Your story is interesting, her body is fine, your animations are pretty good but you have pages and pages of people telling you her face is not normal.
She literally looks like a Crack Head drug user, those are the only women that I have seen that like any thing like her face.
I don't think people are trying to be mean, but normal does not mean butt ugly. If you are making this game for free as a side project then stick to your guns, but if you want more people to support it I would seriously consider remodeling her face at least going forward.

A terrible image in my opinion, looks like she has had one to many and she is the last woman left in a dive bar hoping someone/anyone takes her home at 3AM. This image is definitely not helping you gain subs. Body, legs, animations, story all good but face....no no no and this sadly is one of her better images
