There is no quest activated by the talk with the queen bee but you then find out the flowers and the dryad had said something about making things grow before.
no the dryad is the one in Pleasure Pastures that gives you the task to breed a hornball bee for the orb there.
Well first i'd suggest you talk to all the nephs that are "ascended" and learn what they have to say as they do certain things that will help you later. this should get the "dungeon" and a few things. you should also find Kybele. you will need to find orbs to unlock things. I don't want to get into a specific order to do things but if you want more specifics to avoid spoilers i'd prefer to talk in a PM.
