The game really isn't good. If you play as a male. Enjoy over 60% of the game not even being possible. If a play doesn't wan't to play with futa / lezbian characters well thats still alot of blocked content.

The fact the game is intended only for futa fans is pretty much why the game is dying. Besides, the lack of any updates. I'm pretty sure the cat house or some other furry game that was abandoned has been getting more updates the breeders of the Nympth~

Even, the furry game Heat is getting more updates than this game in less time. I feel like BOTN is just gonna end up like Yandera Simulator at this point.

Kindly jam your toe on the nearest stone corner. The game is dead/dying cause the dev is a contender for most stubborn human being. Makes multiple updates to the game that people hate(like all the content walls/grinding). Content is drip fed while the dev milks the paymetons. There's a reason why he never hired a SINGLE person to help with development, and its not because "they just wont understand how I code."

This is basically the Yandere sim of NSFW games.

That would require the developer to actually do some *meaningful* work
He hasn't been doing much of that in a while other than some UI stuff and making the game more grindy

Don't underestimate the "subscribe and forget" or the "braindead dedication" patreons can have in devs. No matter what they will get at least a few dozen who are lifelong subscribers.

I'm pretty sure kitsune is in the game somewhere. I think it's a foxen-angel hybrid or something like that.

It seems that the author wants this to be more of a game, with progress and unlocks, while the commenters in this thread aren't fond of it.

About the kitsune sure is in somewhere, maybe could be a way to, but unless someone make a mod for that, the Dev prob will not add it in a near future, kitsune specie sure is another card he have save for ask for more money in a future.

That would be believable if he added new content that is to be unlocked after doing said quests. Not locking previously available from start content behind hours of grind like he has been doing since the bloody Pawsmatti update. Which basically made us having to unlock the sex positions that in previous updates you started having all unlocked....

Yeah, this. I would be more forgiving if all the grind and tedium actually would lead to something new or interesting, but he's just taking away things we already had before and making us grind for it piece by piece.

Speaking of anything new or interesting, has he added any new nephs besides Risu?
And speaking of Risu, are there any variants of them other than bunnies? You'd think there would be Squirrels since Risu is "squirrel" in Japanese.

Yes, this is exactly what I mean by players not liking the changes. Content is first released as freely available, then gets locked behind unlocks. This makes perfect sense for testing purposes, but players feel that their stuff gets taken away.

this is extremely true, I know of an old patreon that used to belong to a group called cowchop that got converted to a new and defunct group by one guy called muscle party, which has been inactive for years now and still rakes in over 200bucks a month because of the old subscribers of the cowchop, for a total of 6-7 years
