According to some reports, there was a bugged version of the game where such things were possible (wild sex, futa on male).
Fortunately, the dev reacted promptly (that one time), fixed the bug, and replaced the downloadable package.

Have anyone actually see this character before ? I'm trying to find it but i believe this creature do not exist in game at all
That's cause the banner on this site is from VERY early versions. Years ago, the Lamia roaming Neph are long gone cause of animation issues I believe.

Yeh... but i bet not only animation issues, Dev not like male models so... , in a next update dont get surprise another male variant is removed or all them
, even if he dont like, he could hold them and with kink features can show it or not, but like that way isnt very smart closing doors for ppl that only like straight or ppl with more open mindI’d sooner point to the dev’s having given up on this game as the cause, than I would animation issues.
That's odd, because more than 20 years ago, there were animated half-woman, half-snake models in Lineage 2 which is the UE2 game (MMORPG).
So, the job was already done, and the dev would only have to copy those models, modify them slightly, add sex animations, and port them into his own game.

1. Female mc can get pregnant (at breeding yard, vagrant and wild randoms)
2. Male can do it with a daughter yes,you need incest patch enabled, high risk non fertile, but can get fertile.
3. If you get a son with a fox, that fox can mate with the son, again you need incest on and non fertile risk will be there.
4. Female mc if get a son can mate with incest patch and same again about the non fertile.
So in resume to all yes if you like that kink, just enable incest

There may be other ways to make money, but this seems to be your main source of income.
