I first paid and played this game like 6 or so years ago. There have been changes but... not all feel dramatic enough to justify the time really. I feel for anyone who has things going on in their life but I finally give up on the project. Which is crazy because this was/is definitely one of the best NSFW sandbox games out there. If anyone likes that kind of thing and hasn't tried it I fully recommend it.
One of my biggest complaints is the optimal way to play the game is to just menu into the ground for hours straight rolling through pregnancies highly dependent on RNG. It's almost like half the cheats must be enabled so you actually play the game instead of a menu. That and the editor being High Patreon (or leaks) is super dumb.
