Hey does anyone know if there is a mod that would allow me to give all of the creatures in the game a certain trait 100% of the time?

Impossible as certain races have restrictions. Before his change of packing the files, I could edit the traits that spawned on all races.

Three things can cause this.
1) Incorrectly modified Save
2) Onboard GPU limitations
OR
3) Not meeting Minimum Spec:
- OS: Windows 7.
- Processor: AMD® FX-6300 / Intel® Core i3-2100.
- Memory: 4 GB RAM.
- Graphics: AMD® Radeon HD 7950 / NVIDIA® GTX 750 Ti.
- DirectX: Version 11.
- Storage: 8 GB available space.
- Additional Notes: Shader Model 5 GPU, 64-bit only.

probably you out of VRAM or RAM. try to set larger SWAP file in Windows. if you have 4gb RAM - so try out to set 20 or 28 (if it still be crashing) gb for SWAP file

Yes, you can edit all your captured nephelym with the Save Game Editor here.
The Character Edit has a dropdown to pick the one you want to tweak, you can change all sorts of things besides the trait checkboxes, but I don't know if any values will break the character or game.
To be safe, you can tweak a sample in Creator Mode & once you're happy with it, change the values in the editor to match. I suggest you either go into Creator Mode straight after firing up the game, or load a save you're not editing to avoid any file-locking or confusion.
I don't think you can give yourself nephelym you haven't caught yet, but there's quite a bit the editor can do.

Yes, and there's an update of the mod (patcher) that has 0.752.6 in the database so it can identify it and patch it instantly.
(NOTE: Last night I posted an update for the patcher but *cough* forgot to include the updated exe, it's fixed now. The other one works it just doesn't autodetect 0.752.6 so it has to examine the file to find where to patch.)

When viewing scenes in the gallery i find a kind of semi censoring circle obscuring/blurring the action. is this due to not having the incest patched or is there some command you have to type for it to be removed?

Unfortunately, all the information I can find suggests that the HD 8610G is considered Legacy by AMD.
The latest driver version I could find (on their support page) is Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta. Or 15.9 if you're running Linux.
Still, I'd grab the latest version for whatever OS you're running from

Game complains that driver I have, v460 something, is problematic and that I should use v440 something driver. So it complains that my driver is too new, or more probably it complains because it's driver version it doesn't recognize because it didn't exist when that build of Unreal engine was compiled.
It happened with few previous version too, although I don't remember versions recommended. I just click OK on that message and continue. Game has always worked without problems despite this nagging message.
I'd say it's something within Unreal engine, not directly BOTN related.
Although that's a rather underpowered GPU. If I'm not mistaken that's integrated GPU in AMD A10 series APUs and it's pretty dated too... It seems there are newer drivers from one you have installed. You can't rely on windows to update GPU drivers, they have only ones that manufacturer, in this case, AMD sent to them for validation. You can try downloading and installing them manually

There's v15.7 and beta version of 16.2 for download.
There are also other sites that state they have even newer drivers but it's questionable if they actually support HD 8610g, although you can try... they state they have v21.x drivers for HD 8610G
