Not sure what you mean, the PC can be modified fairly heavily in-game but all the other characters are monsters/hybrids that can only really be modified by mods. I think that you might want a different game for that.

The in-game character creator lets you make whoever you like with enough effort.
There's also a creator mode you can enable so you can modify the monsters.

so creator mode lets you modify the existing monsters? or can you create your custom variants colour sizes traits ect?
will they spawn in game on normal saves? or just the creator mode
The Creator mode allows you to make your own Variant of the various nepehelym, so you could for example make a completely golden colored titan who's skin only spawns when the nephelym in question is of at legendary rarity. and decide of the body is formed, so you could make said titan variation also extremly skinny, and their skinny trait turns them into downright skeletons, you can make your own variants as sexy or stupid as you'd like.
so yeah, own custom variation of a nepth with custom body size (and with size i mean the body form, not the height or anything) and coloration.

Good news: Yes, you can disable it and disable the spawn of futas, and the Futa Npc's you can talk to will have their sex-scene skipped entirely.
Bad news: there are a handful of cross-breeds that you can only get with futa's since those species lack a male counterpart.
I was combing through the forum and see people talking about the grind. The grind in this game is awful and the progression feels absolutely pointless because we got gated out of content that we have already seen and done. If he wanted to add those dumb gates, it should of been to block out new content like at the time, Risu or the heaven area as it would make more sense.
The sex positions thing is also dumb because we are just padding out time for something that was initially available for the longest time and now have to traverse the world in the slowest manner to see what I saw months ago.

How do I make a .txt file? I can’t seem to find it (I’m on windows laptop) can I just not do a .txt file on windows?

The easiest/fastest way is to simply right-click anywhere that's a viable place to put a file (on your desktop, in your File Explorer, etc.), open the submenu titled "New" and select "Text document". Like so:
This will create a "New text document.txt".
its not putting the .txt at the end when I click the “text document”
perhaps that’s why the degenerate thing isn’t working- but now I’m more concerned on why I can’t make a .txt file the normal way

It's most likely that your File Explorer is set to not show file extensions (which is what ".txt" is; an extension denoting the format the file is saved as). You can change that by selecting "View" in File Explorer and simply enable "File name extensions", like so:
Practically every file has an extension, even if this is not always shown explicitly. Even with the "File name extensions" disabled, you can still verify the format of a file in File Explorer in the "Type"-field when viewing it:
As long as you selected "Text document" in the "New" submenu - and not "Rich Text Document", which is something different - the file should be of the .txt extension.
EDIT: But yeah, if you don't have "File name extensions" enabled, even if you rename the file "imma.degenerate", the actual name of the file is going to be "imma.degenerate.txt". So that's probably your problem.

u dont use that anymore u use "max world level" or "max world levels" now i think its the 2nd one but not sure as i havent played in a while
Ohhh, I knew about those but the official cheat code wiki(or the wiki I use) still has that one, with no note saying it was taken out, I thought it was to max the trait level of your character or smth, thanks for clearing it up for me!

Having anal sex is literally the opposite of breeding.
It's like playing a FPS and shooting at the scenery instead of at the enemies.

Okay, I'm no fan of anal myself and am not bothered by its absence, but I feel like criticizing this criticism of the criticism just for the fun of it.
"Literally" is one of those words that people over- and misuse grossly, and only really serves to stress the falseness of the statement. No, the opposite of breeding - that is, siring new life - would be killing. The opposite of creating life is ending life. Anal sex is not breeding, that is true, but it is not the opposite, and especially not "literally" the opposite.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I suspect the vast majority of FPS players have done this. Not to the point of ignoring enemies, necessarily - just as the inclusion of anal sex would not exclude vaginal sex - but thinking back both to myself playing such games and watching others play them, I rarely see someone who doesn't try shooting background critters, shooting lamps, paintings, random vehicles and a long list of other random things one might try to shoot just to see what happens.
I would agree with the claim that anal sex doesn't belong in a game strictly about breeding, but the game already includes lesbian and oral sex, which similarly is not breeding.
