I think it only happens when you got near spawn zone and it's spawning those nephalems, and disappearing too. And for those portal, u can gain lust from having xxx with adds then go open it.
It's only available through the Creator code or whatever the fuck it's called, you need to pay to get it or get it somewhere else.
I've done a little bit of experimentation since I commented. Judging by the timing between the green light that appears and the freeze, I'd say you're right. The portals were just not open because you have to go to each on foot and talk to the blessed Nephelym there, then have sex and you have fast travel to that area. I have most open, but it is a bit of a pain to have to run away each time to get it done.

However, since it has grown there is now a wider selection of personalities to contend with. Whether you check it out or not, posting questions for the dev here is pointless. I know some games the dev will interact with players here, but not this game.
I believe gender is incorporated in the species now. If I remember correctly, now when you choose species there are choices for male, female and futa. Some do not have a male choice so there will only be two, female and futa.
