Futas with balls looks wrong in my opinion. With balls the looks like fucking traps. And they have balls but in inside her body. You only can't see them. I forgot about that, tbh. Sadly when I played the last few times I didn't even want to bother with the "breeding" aspect, only to try and get some hybrids that I liked.
Everything being about sex was one of my issues with the game. As I mentioned, there are other games with a mythical "everything wants to fuck" setting that still manage to at least... tone things down where necessary. To give another example, Lilith's Throne is a game where you have magical storms that shoot people's libido through the roof, but the shopping area isn't named something dumb like "The Fuckmall."
Just because the monsters are supposed to be more "feral" doesn't mean they can't have "personality." You can still do a lot with that approach, especially considering random wild animals still have unique behaviors and ways of acting. Have monsters mind their own business and react in different ways when you approach, for example. Some of them might instantly want to knock you over and fuck; others might want to play hard-to-get and lead you on a chase. Could tie it into the different races/species/whatever too. The cow-ladies might want to coax you into being the dominant partner while the orcs prefer to be in charge. Goblins could already be having some orgy and try to drag you in for some fun.
At that point you might say some of it's been prioritized the wrong way. Should've worked on making sure the gameplay was fun and engaging and the sex scenes were satisfying first, then worked on stuff like presentation, and saving more story elements for last.
Sounds like an issue of adhering too hard to a certain theming if there's no meaningful ways to explore outside of it. Besides, some of the examples stated for anal work well with the other mechanics (like anal stimulation to induce cum milking or whatever.) Also if it's "MONSTER BREEDING," you'd think there could be something going on with anal oviposition or something.

well I use male char (I don't play with futas, don't like it) so for many cases I am quite limited: hybrids, some presets, etc. And being sincere the same developer contradicts himself: "the female form without a dick" but he implemented futas to "save" time. And I do not want to delve into details because it would enter the homophobia zone
I'll have to disagree with you on that. I've been following this game for over two years now and the most interesting thing that's been added is the ability to breed different sizes and perhaps traits. I'm not a developer so I can't say what the "right" way to develop a game is but from the perspective of a player this game has always had very little incentive to play. It's interesting at first, sure, but when you realize how limited the breeding is it sucks all of the fun out of it, in my opinion he should have fleshed out the breeding system first so we could have something akin to Slave Matrix to keep us occupied while he works on everything else.
