I honestly can't enjoy the game because futa dont have balls. It looks wrong to me, and I feel like the devs excuses are just plain stupid.

I havent issues with male, female, futa or shemale as i enjoy with all them. Having to a side tastes/kinks... Futa never had balls, Futa born with japanese hentai, if have balls is a shemale, but well later with time as ppl didnt know it or tastes idk, the balls were added and they called wrongly futa. Only way will be if someone create a mod because between super slow updates and creator tastes isnt up to add that >< i dont think there are other way to add balls to them, but the steam version launched is still an alpha so...

on Rule34 site where you can see hentai pics, a futa with balls is call : full package futa, basically a shemale with a vagina and the other futa without balls is call : futa sans balls, the real version of the futa if I may say so and I should add that the real version of futa in this game is only with Hung 3, because normaly a futa has a long and thin penis, while the hermaphrodite is suppose to have a thicker penis and a normal length penis. Beside, once you mess up with the thickness of a Nephelym, give her a bigger belly too, the penis is barely visible, so would be the balls if they were there

I'm breeding female dragons that have the Nympomania 1 trait with male dragons without any trait.
My goal is to get a male dragon with a passive Nympomania 1 and use that to breed into a Nympomania 2 trait.
However, all the male dragon offsprings are born without the Nympomania and for some reason get the Saturiasis trait?
Am I doing something wrong?

Yeah but some traits are passive so I would assume the nymphomania trait would be passive on the male dragons

Males cant get Nymphomania, they have Satiriasis, the way is search a incubus with this trait or farming with a female that have Nympho and wait that one male born with Satiriasis, arent more ways than this.
Also about get level 2, i tried with legendary trait Nympho and i couldnt get a male with level2 just level 1, so idk if is possible to get that trait for males with Satiriasis 2 (blue)

Btw i were searching mods but still nothing, prob because that game is still alpha in steam, so i can understand that a modder wait to a final version, but honestly i doubt about will be finished one day. Im surprised still a modder didnt tried yet add a mod for that.

How can I customize appearance? I played this a good while ago and then I believe there was an option to do so at your house?

Do you mean change/customize appear in game? if you mean that, yes, just go to Hedon Township and go inside Alchemy Guild, then talk with Camilla, she will give you the choice to change your human appearance.

the other way that mckHH didn't mentioned and if the way that you're looking for, when you create a new game, you can customize your appearance there, if you don't want to start over, use the variant code, you can change your appearance even if your game has been started, but to apply that new appearance in the game, you still have to visit Camilla at the Alchemy guild

I'm just starting the game for the first time and went through all the trouble of creating a Meaty style amazon character (I even saved it as a preset just in case) only for the game to launch me in as the vanilla default character body type? When I went back to load in my preset, that too was the default body shape instead of the meaty one. What am I doing wrong here?
Not sure, probably your preset was not saved for some reason.
Next time you start from character creation, I'd suggest you to save a few different presets under different names while editing the body shape, so that the next time you could load each of them and see if they saved properly.
Also, keep in mind that when you click the "Save and Continue" icon in the bottom right corner of the screen, it does not actually save your current character, just closes the editor and launches the game itself. So, don't forget to save the preset separately, using the Editor menu.

Prob because you used the glitched thing at creator i had same issue thinking that menu up works, atm not xd
So if you wanna make meaty forget about that menus, just look at the body menus (check the green i point at pic)

Added a male save more completed (v2) zipped and a new link for female save zipped for not need rename the sav file, just place it at the right folder (Futa will be the next soon)
