So I think I soft locked myself. I used the keystone I got from Kybele to open Virgin Break. Used the keystone from the Dragon Matriarch to open Climax Peak. Used the keystone from Monarch to open Pleasure Pastures. Now I don't have a keystone to open the Hivelands for Autumn's quest. If I use the key to open the Hivelands instead, I can't access Pleasure Pastures to complete Queen Bee's quest.

Good news and bad news:
Good news is there's a keystone you don't have.
Bad news is you're going to make a slime girl really sad.
There's a slime girl in the sewer/dungeon area of the main town who has a keystone. Go look for the lever near the mermaid, then go talk to the cat girl and get her to fix it, then go back and use it again. You're locked into stealing it because of the path you took, I think, but the only repercussion is upsetting the aforementioned slime girl and feeling like an ass, like the other poster said.
Fawk. I remember doing the same thing in the last version. On page 115 of this thread. Back then the solution was to open the hivelands and somehow complete the Queen's quest.

Just curious; the last update for this game on the Steam version was in February, but the most recent one here was three weeks ago. Are you planning to keep the Steam version updated aswell?
Nobody can change the steam version except for the developer.

The developer doesn't use this forum as far as I know and doesn't even like using the Steam forums.
However for people who do actually pay him on Patreon, they get a special key to unlock a "beta" branch and that let's them get a newer version.
So i get the incest patch allows incest but is there a way to make it so that the nephs dont become infertile?
Not really, no.
You'd have to manually remove a trait somehow. I never use it myself, but there is a botn tool somewhere that may be able to remove a trait from existing nephs.
I don't know if it's viable. Someone that uses the tool can offer more info.

Yup, you can totally do that. Just go into the tool and load your save file.
There you can give/take away trails individually or you can do so as an collective (ie: give everyone a certain trait or take it away).
Is it known if they are going to include centaurs? I didn't remember how sexy Kybele is, even with that huge cock XD

Yes, but sometimes you need alot tries ><, best i can recommend is make a base of a specie for breed, i use for example the bees, because arent much variants of them (just 1 xd).
Also if both have same parent with incest enabled, after a try/tries you can still get one, but will be common:
