This is not supported (yet) for 0.753.6, however, there is a way to do enable incest easily. Read the 0.753.6 section below!

This will restore incest to the game which was removed as demanded by Patreon starting with version 0.752.2. (It is not required for 0.753.5.) 0.753.6+ support is coming but if you read on, you can enable incest yourself!
It's written in Perl (Developed using Strawberry Perl), a compiled executable is included as is the source.

I've submitted this twice to LewdPatcher with no reply so I've given up for now, if anyone can help me or can just get it up there please feel free to do so or PM me.
Anti-Virus:
Some anti-virus programs are reporting false positives for the patcher. It is also likely that any heuristic scan will be alarmed that the program does open and executable and modifies it. After all, this is a patcher.
The patching code has several checks it performs before 'okaying' the update to the executable. It's looking for a very specific value, if it finds that, it checks for several binary 'signatures', this is before it changes anything.
If you're still nervous you're welcome to use CheatEngine instead or look through the source.
Before uploading the patcher I scan everything with both Windows Defender and ClamAV.

This isn't really licensed software, I am too lazy for that, no warranty is given or implied and if you sell this your genitals will explode. Having said that if you run into a bug or have a feature request send me a message here or reply to the thread and I'll see what I can do.
General Usage:
1. Non-Steam: Put botn_incest.exe in the same folder as Radiant.exe
2. Double click on botn_incest.exe (or right-click and "Run as Administrator")
3. Profit (done)
You will need to re-apply the patch whenever the game is updated.
Compatibility:
The patcher should work on any version of Breeders of the Nephelym (BOTN) as long as the technique being used is still valid.
For versions of the game not in the patcher's database it may take a minute or two to patch since it doesn't have a lookup table entry. This includes Steam (with testing and early build codes) although you may need to run the patcher as Administrator due to permissions.
Should something go wrong, a backup copy of the executable is made and placed next to the patched version by default. The patcher will give you the full pathname to this file. (It can also attempt to revert the patch either by restoring the backup file for you or by attempting to reverse patch the file.)
See the command line option reference for more details.

Before Derelict disabled incest, pregnancy chances for an incestuous pairing were hard-capped. I forget the exact number, it was something like 15% chance. This chance never goes up, even with high Fertility stat or the Fertile trait. This still applies in the current version of the game, with incest disabled by Derelict and reenabled by the patcher.
Is it feasible for you to make a version of the patcher that will remove this hard cap on incestuous impregnation chance, so that it's more likely to happen based on Fertility, same as non-incestuous pairings? Thanks.

I can look, I can't promise and right now I'm working on making the patcher do the new file creation and going to add a save migrate (for the 753.7+ location), backup and restore function just to make it a all in one tool for BOTN players.
Awesome! Running on empty boring ass fields, its like playing that disgusting world of warcraft. Sex animations are clipping and are all the same. Opening gates is too cryptic and time consuming. Because of getting right traits. World is too big or make her run faster! Lust meter very bad idea!

There's an NPC you can buy more positions from down the line. No, you don't buy them with real money but with the Goddess' Favour tokens you get by "ascending" your Nephs with the Emissary. Depending on the amount of traits a Neph has, you'll get more of them - however, a sterile Neph will always net you 0, even if they have 27 other traits.
It's still gas to me that you can wind up with Sterility AND Fertile on the same Neph.

The change in exe name is a starting as of this version and will be that name moving forward.

As far as I know sadly only the earliest versions had a few humanoid males. Since the dev hates creating males they where removed at some point. I think not even new full furry where added which is why for some species its only female and futa.

Oh ffs, they actually removed the male characters?! God, I'm all for content for everyone, but I'm seriously getting sick of futa content replacing male roles in games these days. Futas are an addition to, not a replacement for an actual male. Fuck that shit... I'm glad I didn't download this game again only to find out the one thing I liked about it was gone.

Originally the npcs in town were all human, if memory serves Amber-Mae used to refer to herself as an ex-breeder before she was changed into a bovaur. Back then there wasn't any solid lore so the name is more than likely a holdover before the dev decided to make humans special and integral to the plot. He probably didn't want to change the name when he overhauled it and fleshed the lore out as by then the name was already established and had a following. Funny you should mention the name right as he changed the name of the exe, maybe a name change is imminent.

Bit of a misunderstanding, what Schlong50 means is that the old male models were removed. You can still play as a male and there are a few male nephelym (with more on the way) but they're of a much lower priority and will never equal females in number. Love it or hate it the dev has put his foot down on what he wants (and doesn't want) to add: No futa balls, no gay sex, no anal, obesefat ...""curvy"" women only, fox only,final destination. Frankly by this point I'm surprised there are any male characters at all considering how fervent he is in excluding things he doesn't like.
I read the description of this build as soon as it came out. I don't care what DH was guided by when changing the name of folders and files. The ability to launch the game on Steam was important to me, and in the end I succeeded.

Slightly more complicated than that. It used to be that every type of character was running a different model and skeleton, which made sex animations a nightmare to create. So he yanked all that out and replaced it with a standard body and skeleton, and, to avoid the same problem in the future, appears to have pretty much dropped nonstandard body types (naga/taur/amorphous blob etc.) with the exception of blessed nephelym.
I've done the math in this thread before on why that particular decision checks out. Short version is that every body type he adds exponentially adds to the number of animations he has to create for any given sex position.
Now that's why they were removed. Why some males haven't come back and others just never got implemented is an entirely different matter, and that's been explained above. I seem to recall a statement from derelict about not implementing any new males unless they brought something unique to the table.
There are still male characters. Starfallen, Foxen, Dragon, Demon, and Bovaur males are all still there. And I believe plans to re-add Titan male as well.

Notes
Steam, right now, is not removing RADIANT because if the user is still on the public build it would break the game (literally), once the OBF switch is public things will get less messy (I chatted with DH on this issue).
If you have both, in theory if run RADIANT you will run the latest public build, if you run OBF it will run the newest test build. I would not recommend renaming one to the other as it will then load assets from a different version. (If you insist on this route, you'd need to rename the folder and the Radiant-Win64-Shipping.exe to match - I haven't tested such a procedure and don't recommend it.)
